Through my own journey of recovery and transformation, I’ve come to understand that healing begins when we feel safe -
when the breath softens, the nervous system relaxes, and the body remembers its natural rhythm.
In this space, the subconscious mind gently opens, and long-held emotions, memories, and beliefs
can finally begin to release.
This process is not about striving to change, but allowing your true self to emerge -
whole, radiant, and at peace.
Drawing from Yoga Therapy, Aroma Healing, and Subconscious Healing integrated with the science of neuroscience, I offer sessions that guide you back to your inner harmony.

Alice Sayuri Akasaka
After seven years working in Global Clinical Development at a major pharmaceutical company, I experienced a turning point in 2019 when my body suddenly stopped moving, and I lost my memory for a week.Through self-healing practices—yoga, aromatherapy, and the ThetaHealing® technique—I recovered from fibromyalgia, memory loss, brain fog, and chronic fatigue. This profound experience opened my path to holistic healing.
Since 2020, I have been guiding clients to awaken their natural healing power. Many have reported improvements in insomnia, chronic pain, stress, and emotional well-being, as well as a deeper sense of happiness in daily life.
In 2022, I began advanced training at The Yoga Therapy Institute in the Netherlands, working toward the C-IAYT international certification, which bridges yoga therapy and modern medicine as a complementary approach.
Today, I offer an integrative blend of Healing Sessions, Yoga Therapy, and Aromatherapy Massage—supporting people in restoring balance in body, mind, and soul, and rediscovering the joy of being alive.
